“Tom was so wildly successful at selling our first home that he was our only call when it came time to sell our second home. We sold, purchased, and later sold again with him (when moving out of state) and could not recommend him more. Here’s why I highly recommend him:- He’s a talented communicator and negotiator. He built relationships, was firm when we needed him to be firm, and also negotiated very favorable terms on our behalf in all three transactions. - He is both realistic and optimistic. As a result of that, we were able to sell our first home for much more than other Realtors we interviewed thought we could. He had solid reasoning though, he wasn’t just making airy promises - and he delivered. That sale price changed the kind of house we were able to buy next, which was fantastic. With our second home he was also very smart about pricing, and his strategy worked. - He’s also savvy about every angle of the transaction. Purchase price isn’t the only thing that matters, and every transaction is unique, and he knew how to arrange terms to get the best possible deal. - He was extremely pleasant to work with, responded quickly to texts or calls, and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions, even bailing us out of a few weird timing jams we were in. Moving is a stressful time and yet he took so much stress out of the whole experience. - He knows how to assemble a team. His photographers and marketers are great, and his network of other pros to recommend (inspectors, lenders, etc) saved us so much work. We bought our first house before we met him and had to pick some of our own companies, and I saw how much better things flowed when you have the recommendations of someone with a strong network. The whole process was very smooth. - He knew when to give suggestions, and also when to listen or give us space. This is a rare balance that is hard to strike. If you need someone with good intuition, he’s the guy. We came across Tom through a friend’s recommendation, and are SO glad we did. I know it’s hard to pick someone to entrust with such a big decision and process - and I would recommend him without reservation!”

If he has a fault (in my view) it is that sometimes he can be quiet when you want him to speak up, but he is always there for you and definitely on your side, even if his commission might be less, because he wants the buyer to be happy w the deal and not regret it.
